Returns can be made up to 7 days of receiving the item.  If you feel the stone is not up to your standards or just not what you wanted please contact me to start the return process.

~Return shipping costs are not refunded so please choose your gem after carefully looking at all videos and pictures. I try my best to keep the true colors and saturation of the stones. Will also gladly send extra photos/videos..

~Stones must be returned in original form, damage free and packaged properly.

~I am not responsible for lost stones or poor mailing practices. If the stone is not received or shows up damaged I have the right to refuse refund.

~Package insurance is suggested.

~Custom cut stones are not returnable.

~I am a very understanding person and will try my best to accommodate your situation and make your transaction smooth and worry free.
